We’re an online snack food delivery company that deliver delicious and healthy snacks to workplaces and homes Australia-wide. In addition to curating boxes of the best snacks on the market for our customers, we have also developed (and are continuing to expand) our own line of premium, healthy snack products which are produced under the name tukr.
We’ve tried to simplify our ordering process as best we can, so you won’t have to jump hurdles in order to enjoy great snacks. You simply need to choose what size box you wish to order, the frequency of your subscription (or simply purchase as a one-off), and make us aware of any specific dietary requirements you have whilst placing the order (there is a notes section whilst ordering that gives you space to do this).
Are you asking our age? How rude! In all seriousness though, we were founded in 2018.
We purchase the majority of our products from manufacturers directly in vast quantities, bypassing both distributors and retailers in the process, in order to get the best products to our customers at the cheapest possible prices.
Yes! Absolutely! All tukr boxes are produced using recycled cardboard, and are also recyclable. Our own tukr snackpods are likewise, made with 100% recycled plastic and are also recyclable. We are also currently exploring options to design and manufacture our own plastic free packaging for tukr’s own range of products. All snack wrappers are recyclable at RedCycle collection points throughout Australia.
We do understand that using no plastic at all is preferable to having recyclable plastic options, and we are working towards achieving this goal. Follow our socials for updates
Absolutely. The vast majority of our products are gluten free, with a significant number of products we carry being vegan too. Please specify your requirements at the time of ordering, or, if you want to check to see whether we have a specific product in stock, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask - email@example.com
While the vast majority of the snacks we send may taste naughty, they are in fact healthy. Almost all products we carry are free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and added sugar, and fall within the Heart Foundation’s recommended guidelines on sodium consumption (less than 400mg per 100g of product)
The vast majority of our products are both proudly Australian made and owned (including our own!), however we do carry some highly regarded products that are made overseas too.

Well for one, it would be kind of strange if you got something other than snacks, wouldn’t it? You’ll get a box of some of the best, healthy and delicious snacks that money can buy, what else do you need? We do love surprising our customers from time to time, so keep an eye peeled for bonus new products, handwritten love notes or even cool recipe ideas.
Yes, absolutely. But, we have to level with you - the products in the box will be addictive and you will be back for more, so why not just get a subscription instead? PS, subscriptions are also 10% cheaper!

Shipping & Delivery
Absolutely! We do this all the time. Please ensure you provide us with the correct shipping address and if your building is hard to find or has an unmanned reception area, please let us know in advance so we can let our courier know how best to get your order to you.
Generally speaking no. However, we have shipped to some regional areas that have had a PO BOX in the past and things have worked out fine. If you are planning on shipping to a PO BOX, please drop us an email first to double check - firstname.lastname@example.org (we always respond quickly)!
Yes, however shipping to some remote and regional areas may incur an additional cost. Please let us know ahead of time and we’ll come back to you quickly to advise if any additional charges are applicable - email@example.com
At this stage we only ship domestically within Australia, but watch this space!
Absolutely. You will need to email through all the addresses for the orders, however, we have done this a number of times, and it’s been extremely well received by participants. Everyone loves getting a surprise box of kick ass snacks delivered!

As of July 2020, all staff in our warehouse have been packing boxes with facemasks and wearing gloves, whilst sanitizing hands frequently. We take hygiene very seriously.

We donate the equivalent of five meals to SecondBite for every box of snacks we sell. We also donate both product and time to help their extremely worthy causes of both reducing food waste and fighting food insecurity
